Running Reports in Analytics

Run one of ten preset reports or ask a question in plain language to get metrics, a chart or table, and a summary.

Quick Reference

Click Analytics in the sidebar.

Click a preset report, or type a question in the ask box.

Add "as a chart", "top 10", a lender, or a state to shape the answer.

Export a full report as a PDF.

Before You Start

Your account has access to Analytics.

Step 1 — Pick a Preset Report

Ten reports, one click each

Monthly operations and Open work & aging are full reports you can export as a PDF. The others are Awaiting lender review, Past due, Progress went backwards, Stalled projects, Documentation gaps, Turnaround time, Vendor scorecard, and Portfolio exposure.

  • •Add a date range, lender, or state to narrow the answer.

WATCH FOR

  • •Turn In report off on any block you want left out of the PDF.
  • •Deleted inspections are excluded from reporting.

Troubleshooting

Open a full report (Monthly operations or Open work & aging), set the In report toggles, and export it as a PDF.

Run the Vendor scorecard preset.

Add "as a chart" to your question.
