Enter the property address, choose Occupancy Check, add any access or contact notes, and submit. The fee is $125 per inspection, the same residential rate as our draw inspections.

Inspector visits the site
A RAZE inspector completes the standardized occupancy checklist in the RAZE app, capturing time-stamped photos and observations.

Report delivered
The standardized report and photos are delivered to your RAZE portal, where you can review, download, and share them.
