We have pages on social media services such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn ("Social Media Pages"). In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.

If you decide to visit our page on a social media website, we may collect Personal Data about you from that website that you have made available via your privacy settings.

2.3 Information We Automatically Collect

We automatically collect certain information from you when you use the Services, including internet or other network activity information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, unique device identifiers, browsing and search history within the Services, and cookies and other technologies.

2.3.1 Log Information

We retain information about you when you access and use the Services. This information can include the following: IP address, timestamps, browser information, Internet Service Provider "ISP", webpages visited, and the URL of the webpage you visited before navigating to our Services.

2.3.2 Device Information

2.3.3 Crash and Error Information

If the Services crash or return an error, we may collect data to determine the cause of the error using first- or third-party services. The crash or error information collected may include the following: Device IP address, device name, operating system version, application configurations(s), the time and date, and other statistics.

2.4 App Permissions & Data Use

Our application requests certain device permissions solely to provide core functionality. The following permissions are used: • Location (Precise & Approximate; may include Background access): Used to verify on-site presence during inspections, attach geotags and timestamps to inspection photos, and prevent fraud (e.g., verifying arrival/departure). We do not use location for advertising. • Camera: Used to capture inspection photos/videos attached to a work order. • Photos & Videos (Media Library / System Picker): Used to select access to store photos/videos to device from in-app inspection flow. We do not scan or analyze your library. • Device & App Logs (Crash/Diagnostics): Collected to monitor app performance and diagnose crashes (e.g., via Google/Firebase services). You can revoke permissions in your device settings; however, some features may not work without them. We retain inspection media and related metadata only as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal or lender compliance obligations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Data we collect for various purposes, including:

3.1 Service Provision

To provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including processing transactions, managing your account, and delivering customer support.

3.2 Communication

To communicate with you about your account, our Services, updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time.

Some web browsers may transmit "do not track" signals to websites. Currently, there is no standard for how websites respond to these signals. We do not currently respond to "do not track" signals.
