Enter the address, choose On-Market Vacant Inspection, add access instructions such as a lockbox code, and submit. The fee is $125 per inspection, the same residential rate as our draw inspections.
02—Mobile App
Inspector walks the property
A RAZE inspector completes the standardized vacant property checklist in the RAZE app, inside and out, with photos and observations.
03—Ordering Engine
Report delivered
The report and photos are delivered to your RAZE portal. Order again whenever you need the next visit.
