Limited-time launch pricing. RAZE may end it for new agreements at any time.
Standard
You order the inspection in the Ordering Engine, your inspector captures it in the RAZE Mobile App, and RAZE generates the standardized commercial draw report, which you own.
One fee per inspection order, earned when the report is first generated. Edits, regenerations and re-downloads are free.
Rates shown are the Founders Rate, RAZE's limited-time launch pricing for the Commercial Draw Inspection module. RAZE may end it for new agreements at any time. A signed RAZE software license and services agreement keeps it for its initial term and governs over this page. You perform the inspections with your own inspectors and RAZE provides the software. A new inspection order for the same property, including a re-inspection, is a new report.
Updated October 2026.

A commercial draw inspection typically costs $250 to $350 per site visit in the U.S., a fee set by the commercial draw inspection firm that performs it. On the RAZE platform the firm's own inspector performs the inspection and RAZE charges the firm $25 per commercial draw report at the Founders Rate, one fee per inspection order whatever the project size, with no minimums, no seat or platform fee and unlimited users. The lender receives a standardized RAZE commercial draw report at its inspection firm's own fee.
RAZE licenses the commercial draw inspection module to the firms that perform the visits, so a lender receives the standardized RAZE commercial draw report through its inspection firm. Lenders that want their inspection firm on RAZE can Talk to Sales.
$25 per report at the RAZE Founders Rate, RAZE's limited-time launch pricing. One fee per inspection order, earned when the report is first generated, with no minimums, no seat or platform fee, and unlimited users.
The Founders Rate is RAZE's limited-time launch pricing for the commercial draw inspection module: $25 per report. RAZE may end it for new agreements at any time, and a license agreement signed while it is offered keeps it for its initial term.
The module is built for commercial draw inspection firms that perform inspections with their own inspectors. You perform the inspection and own the report; RAZE provides the Ordering Engine, the Inspector Portal, the Mobile App and the standardized report. RAZE does not send inspectors on commercial draws.
The Ordering Engine for intake and project and budget management, the Inspector Portal for dispatch and audit logging, the RAZE Mobile App for field capture, the commercial draw questionnaire, the standardized PDF report, and documentation and support, for an unlimited number of users.
Monthly in arrears, net 30, for reports generated that month. Each inspection order is billed once, at the first generation of its report. Editing, regenerating or re-downloading a report on the same order is not billed. A new order for the same property, including a re-inspection, is a new report.
No minimums, no seat fee and no platform fee. Implementation, which covers your staging environment, questionnaire configuration and administrator training, is quoted before you sign.
No. Residential draw inspections are priced on the Residential pricing page: $125 per single-family inspection when RAZE sends the inspector, or $25 per request with your own. The commercial module covers projects designated commercial in the Ordering Engine.
