Enter the address, choose Rent Ready Inspection, attach the turnover scope or punch list if you have one, and submit. The fee is $125 per inspection, the same residential rate as our draw inspections.

Inspector verifies the unit
A RAZE inspector walks the unit with the standardized rent ready checklist in the RAZE app, photographing each room and flagging incomplete items.
03—Ordering Engine
Report delivered
The standardized report and photos are delivered to your RAZE portal. Send it to your vendor for anything still open, or file it as the move-in baseline.
