Completing the Draw Sheet
Record your recommendation for each line item, add notes where they help, and sync your work to the inspection.
Quick Reference
From Your Inspection, open Draw Sheet.
Tap the checkmark on a line item to recommend its full Available %.
Add detail to the line item's note when it helps.
Tap Sync data, then confirm Draw Sheet shows a check.
Before You Start
You've filled the Coordination Note and started the inspection.
You've checked the work on-site for each line item.

Step 1 — Open the Draw Sheet
Start from Your Inspection
Your Inspection lists three sections: Photo Gallery, Draw Sheet, and Questionnaire. A check appears next to each one when it's complete. Tap Draw Sheet.
Step 2 — Recommend Each Line Item
Read the line item
Each line item shows Budgeted, Previous, and Available percentages, with Your Recommendation on the right. When the work for a line item is complete, tap the checkmark next to Your Recommendation.
The recommendation fills in
RAZE fills Your Recommendation with the full Available % and adds a "Completed." note under the line item. New Progress and Total Completion at the bottom update, and the status under the property header shows "Saving..." and then "Saved."
A line item you don't check stays at 0%, like Well in this example.
Step 3 — Add Detail to the Note
Edit the note
Tap the note under a line item to edit it. Type your detail after "Completed." and tap the green send arrow to save it. To speak your note instead of typing, see Using Talk-to-Text for Draw Sheet Notes.
Step 4 — Sync Your Work
Tap Sync data
When you've finished the line items, tap Sync data at the bottom of the Draw Sheet.
Confirm the Draw Sheet is complete
Back on Your Inspection, Draw Sheet shows a check once the sync finishes.
Tips
DO
- •Check a line item only after you've verified the work on-site.
- •Add a short note when it helps explain the work, like "cleared land, no footings yet."
- •Sync data when you finish the Draw Sheet.
WATCH FOR
- •The checkmark recommends the full Available %. Use it only when that line item's work is complete.
- •Every checked line item gets a "Completed." note. Edit it if that doesn't describe what you saw.
- •A status of "Saving..." means your change is still being saved. Wait for "Saved."
