From the RAZE Coverage Report
The Shoals is a long drive from Birmingham or Nashville, and a lender based in either may have no inspector this far along the Tennessee River. The Marketplace answers that: RAZE sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the photos, time stamps and report come back through the same workflow as an order down the street.

About this market
Muscle Shoals is the largest city in Colbert County, with 16,275 people at the 2020 census, and one of the four cities of the Shoals, with Florence, Sheffield and Tuscumbia, on the Tennessee River. FAME Studios has recorded here since 1961, and Wilson Dam, completed in 1924 and the first dam to come under TVA's administration, spans the river between Muscle Shoals and Florence.
From Birmingham or Nashville, the Shoals is a long drive, and a lender based in either may have no inspector this far along the river. The Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and a Muscle Shoals draw comes back in the same report as one down the street from the lender.
