From the RAZE Coverage Report
A lender that finances building here from Birmingham, or from out of state, doesn't need an inspector of its own in Tuscaloosa County. The Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the photos, time stamps and report come back through the standard workflow. A lender that does have an inspector here can route the order by Direct Request instead.

About this market
Tuscaloosa was Alabama's capital from 1826 to 1846, and the University of Alabama opened here in 1831. The city takes its name from the Choctaw words for black warrior, the Black Warrior River runs along its north side, and the Tuscaloosa County seat's 2020 census count was revised to more than 100,000 residents.
On April 27, 2011, an EF4 tornado cut across the city, and neighborhoods in its path, Alberta among them, took years to rebuild. A lender that finances building here from Birmingham or farther away doesn't need an inspector of its own in Tuscaloosa: the Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network.
