Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, August 2025

    Geo-stamped photo evidence

Alabama has more homes designated to the FORTIFIED construction standard than any other state, most of them in Baldwin and Mobile Counties. Much of what makes a roof hold, the sealed deck and the nailing, is covered once the roofing goes on, so a draw visit at that stage leaves a dated record. Every photo is geo-stamped and time-stamped and linked to its line item on the draw sheet.

About this market

Fairhope sits on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay in Baldwin County, Alabama's largest county by area, which grew faster than any other county in the state from 2010 to 2020. Followers of the economist Henry George founded the town in 1894 as a single-tax colony, and the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation still leases land in and around town on 99-year renewable leases, with the lessee owning what is built on it.

Coastal Alabama builds for the wind: the state has more homes designated to the FORTIFIED standard than any other, most of them in Baldwin and Mobile Counties. A roof's sealed deck and nailing are covered once the roofing goes on, and a draw visit at that stage leaves a dated record, with GPS coordinates and a time stamp on every photo, linked to the roofing line item on the draw sheet.
