From the RAZE Coverage Report
A lot in a brand-new subdivision may have no street number when its first draw comes due, and a map may not find it at all. RAZE doesn't need the street number to prove the visit: every photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App is geo-stamped with GPS latitude and longitude, time-stamped with the date and time, and linked to its draw sheet line item, so the record shows which lot the work was on.

About this market
Huntsville passed Birmingham as Alabama's largest city in the 2020 census, and the Rocket City, home to NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center at Redstone Arsenal, has kept growing across the Tennessee Valley since. Its Planning Commission approved more single-family lots in 2025 than in any year since 2007, a pipeline the city expects to turn into new homes over the next few years.
In a subdivision that new, a map may not know the address yet. RAZE doesn't depend on the address to prove the visit: every photo from the inspection is geo-stamped with GPS coordinates and time-stamped with the date and time, linked to its draw sheet line item, so the record shows which lot the work was on.
