From the RAZE Coverage Report
Behind a gate, a lender can't drive past a build to see how it is coming along, so the photo record has to do it. Every photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App is geo-stamped and time-stamped and linked to its draw sheet line item, showing where the inspector stood inside the community and when, in the same report format as a site on an open street.

About this market
Hilton Head Island is the second-largest barrier island on the East Coast, after Long Island, and it was incorporated as a town in 1983. U.S. 278 reaches it over bridges across Mackay and Skull Creeks. Large parts of the island are planned communities known as plantations, and some of them, such as Sea Pines, require a pass at the gate.
Behind a gate, a lender can't drive past a build to see how it is coming along. Every RAZE photo from a Hilton Head Island draw is geo-stamped and time-stamped and linked to its draw sheet line item, so the lender sees the work inside the community without a pass of its own.
