The market
Corrales is a village of about 8,500 people on the Rio Grande, just north of Albuquerque in southern Sandoval County. Pueblo people farmed this stretch of the river before Spanish settlers arrived, the village's Pueblo and Hispano acequias are still maintained, and the bosque runs along its eastern edge. Corrales has kept a one-acre minimum lot size since it incorporated in 1971, so new homes go up on acreage rather than in tracts.
How RAZE ran it
On an acre or more along a rural lane, an address may not resolve cleanly on a map, and a home can sit well back from the lane. RAZE doesn't rely on the address to place the work: on site, each photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App is geo-stamped with GPS coordinates and time-stamped with the date and time, linked to its draw sheet line item, so the lender sees where on the parcel the evidence was captured.
