The market
Prescott Valley is a planned town. It started in the 1960s as home lots sold out of Lonesome Valley ranch land, incorporated in 1978 with about 1,500 residents and counted more than 46,000 at the 2020 census. At about 5,100 feet in Yavapai County, it is one of the Quad Cities with Prescott, Chino Valley and Dewey-Humboldt, and its newer subdivisions keep spreading across the valley floor.
How RAZE ran it
From a lender's desk in Phoenix, Prescott Valley is about 85 miles up the road, and from out of state it is farther still. A lender without an inspector of its own in the highlands orders through RAZE as usual: the Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the photos, coordinates, time stamps and report come back through the same workflow as an order in the Phoenix metro.
