From the RAZE Coverage Report
Orders here have come in as lot numbers, before a street address existed, so the record itself has to say where the inspector stood. Every photo taken in the RAZE Mobile App carries GPS latitude and longitude and a date and time stamp, linked to its draw sheet line item. On a riverside lot, the same photo set shows the foundation and elevation work the draw is paying for.

About this market
New Bern was founded in 1710 by Swiss and Palatine German settlers at the confluence of the Neuse and Trent rivers. It is the second-oldest town in North Carolina, after Bath, and served as the colonial capital, with Tryon Palace as its first capitol. The rivers are also its exposure: in September 2018, Hurricane Florence pushed a storm surge of up to 10 feet into the city and damaged thousands of homes.
Draw inspection orders in New Bern have come in as lot numbers, before a street address existed. Every photo taken in the RAZE Mobile App carries GPS latitude and longitude with its date and time stamps, linked to its draw sheet line item, so the record shows which riverside lot was inspected whatever the order said.
