Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, March 2026

    Geo-stamped photo evidence

On an acre or more along a rural lane, an address may not resolve cleanly on a map, and a home can sit well back from the lane. RAZE doesn't rely on the address to place the work: on site, each photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App is geo-stamped with GPS coordinates and time-stamped with the date and time, linked to its draw sheet line item, so the lender sees where on the parcel the evidence was captured.

About this market

Corrales is a village of about 8,500 people in southern Sandoval County, on the Rio Grande just north of Albuquerque. It was settled for farming along the river, its acequias are still maintained, and the Rio Grande bosque runs along its eastern edge. Since it incorporated in 1971, the village has held to a one-acre minimum lot size to protect that agricultural character.

Homes set back on an acre or more along rural lanes are where an address may not resolve cleanly on a map. RAZE handles that in the field: it doesn't rely on the address to place the work, because every photo the inspector captures is geo-stamped with GPS coordinates and time-stamped against its draw sheet line item, so the lender sees where on the parcel the evidence was captured.
