From the RAZE Coverage Report
High pine country can be a long way from a signal, so the RAZE Mobile App keeps capturing offline. Photos, percent complete and responses are saved on the phone, everything syncs in full once the device reconnects, and the app flags which sets of data were captured offline and still need to sync. Nothing gets left behind on the drive back to the highway.
- Elevation near 7,000 feet
- Sites deep in the pines
- Long drive from Phoenix
About this market
Lakeside and its neighbor Pinetop incorporated as one town, Pinetop-Lakeside, in 1984, about 6,900 feet up in Arizona's White Mountains and some 190 miles northeast of Phoenix. Mormon pioneers settled Lakeside in the early 1880s, and today the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests and White Mountain Apache lands surround the town.
Homes here go up among the pines, near the world's largest stand of ponderosa pine, and sites can be a long way from a signal. The RAZE Mobile App keeps capturing offline, syncs everything in full once the phone reconnects and flags any data still waiting to sync, so the loan file gets the whole inspection.
