Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, April 2025

    Geo-stamped photo evidence

In the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, the stages a lender funds carry extra weight: impact-rated windows and doors, the roof and how it is tied down. The RAZE Mobile App stamps every photo with GPS coordinates and the date and time and links it to the draw sheet line item it supports, so the report shows where and when each of those stages was documented.

About this market

West Park became Broward County's 31st city in 2005, formed from unincorporated neighborhoods including Carver Ranches, Lake Forest and Utopia. It covers about two square miles in the Miami metro: Hollywood borders it to the north, and the Miami-Dade County line, with the city of Miami Gardens beyond it, runs along its south side. It counted about 15,000 residents in the 2020 census.

Broward and Miami-Dade are the two counties covered by the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone provisions of the Florida Building Code, the stricter structural and roofing rules South Florida kept after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. A draw in West Park pays for work built to those rules, and every photo in the RAZE report is geo-stamped, time-stamped and linked to the draw sheet line item it supports.
