Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, October 2025

    Geo-stamped photo evidence

A city of pre-platted lots fills in one house at a time, so a new home can rise between finished ones on a street laid out decades ago. In the RAZE Mobile App, every photo is geo-stamped, time-stamped and linked to its draw sheet line item, so the evidence on file is for this lot and no other. On a coast with that storm history, the lender's file shows the block walls, the roof and the window openings as they stood on the day of the inspection.

About this market

Port St. Lucie was planned before it was built. General Development Corporation bought land along the North Fork of the St. Lucie River in 1958, laid out thousands of residential lots with roads and basic infrastructure, and the city was incorporated in 1961. It counted 204,851 residents at the 2020 census, the most of any city in St. Lucie County, and the master-planned community of Tradition carries it west of Interstate 95.

In September 2004, Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne came ashore three weeks apart near the southern end of Hutchinson Island, about two miles from each other. On this coast a draw is documented with geo-stamped, time-stamped photos linked to the draw sheet, so the evidence is for this lot and not the finished house beside it.
