    Photos linked to line items

In a historic district, exterior renovations, additions and demolition need a Certificate of Appropriateness from the city's Historic Preservation Board, and the budget behind the work runs line by line. RAZE links every photo to its draw sheet line item, with GPS coordinates and a date and time stamp, so a reviewer can see the addition, the roof and the windows each against the line that pays for it.

About this market

West Palm Beach was incorporated in 1894, two years before Miami, which makes it the oldest incorporated municipality in South Florida. Henry Flagler founded it to house workers for his hotels on Palm Beach, and today it is the seat of Palm Beach County and the northern end of the Miami metro. The city keeps 18 locally designated historic districts, among them El Cid, Flamingo Park and Northwood.

In those districts, exterior renovations, additions and demolition need a Certificate of Appropriateness from the city's Historic Preservation Board. RAZE links each West Palm Beach photo to its draw sheet line item, so a lender can follow an addition or a renovation line by line.
