The market
Kingman has been the Mohave County seat since 1887. It sits more than 3,300 feet up in the Hualapai Valley, between the Cerbat and Hualapai Mountains, where Interstate 40 meets U.S. 93 and historic Route 66 runs through downtown. The nearest big cities are a long drive away: Las Vegas is about 100 miles northwest, and Flagstaff about 150 miles east.
How RAZE ran it
In country this open, the drive is part of the inspection, and a parcel out in the valley can sit a long way from town. Where a site sits beyond the signal, the RAZE Mobile App keeps capturing offline, shows which sets of data still need to sync, and syncs everything in full once the phone reconnects, so the lender gets the same record it would get from a lot in town.
