Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, August 2026

RAZE takes draw inspection orders at any U.S. address, at one Rate Card price. Each month we show what that looks like on the ground: five of the more interesting places where RAZE completed draw inspections.

August 2026 took in the Atlantic coast, the Allegheny Mountains, a Texas growth metro, the Colorado River and the Willamette Valley, with one workflow at every stop: order, dispatch, capture, deliver.

RAZE Coverage Report · August 2026

Five markets. Five sets of conditions. One workflow.

Here is where RAZE completed draw inspections in August 2026. Pick a market to jump to it; the rings are markets from earlier reports.

The market

St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied European-established city in the continental United States, and it sits in St. Johns County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the country. Those two facts describe the construction market: infill and renovation inside a historic core with its own architectural review, and large new residential development pushing out along the county's corridors.

How RAZE ran it

A coastal draw inspection in St. Augustine has to show what the code requires: elevated foundations, flood zone compliance, wind-borne debris protection. The photo set is the proof. If a lender already has an inspector it trusts in Northeast Florida, Direct Request runs that inspection through the same workflow as a Marketplace order, and the report comes back in the same format.

The market

Davis sits at the top of West Virginia, the highest incorporated town in the state, on the edge of Canaan Valley and Blackwater Falls State Park. The construction is cabins, second homes and small resort development, driven by ski season at Timberline and Canaan Valley and a summer trail economy. It is a town of a few hundred people with more building activity than that number suggests.

How RAZE ran it

Much of Davis is a long way from a reliable signal, so the inspector works in the RAZE Mobile App's offline draft mode: the full capture, photos and structured responses included, is completed on site and syncs when the phone finds a connection on the drive out. The lender receives the same record it would get from a suburban site with five bars.

The market

Fort Worth is one of the fastest-growing large cities in the country, with master-planned communities filling in the north side and a deep fix-and-flip and ground-up market across the metro. For a private lender, it is not one inspection but a reinspection every month on every active loan.

How RAZE ran it

Volume is where a standardized workflow earns its keep. Every order in Fort Worth follows the same path, every inspector captures against the same criteria, and every report lands in the same format, whether the lender routes the order to its own inspector by Direct Request or lets the Marketplace fill it. Across dozens of draws in one metro, that consistency is what keeps the portfolio reviewable.

The market

Bullhead City sits on the Colorado River where Arizona, Nevada and California meet, across the water from Laughlin and about a hundred miles south of Las Vegas. It is a retirement and second-home market with active new subdivision construction, a long drive from Phoenix or Las Vegas. Summer highs run well past 110 degrees, and because Arizona doesn't change its clocks, this Mountain Time market keeps Pacific hours in August.

How RAZE ran it

A lender without an inspector of its own out here doesn't need one: that is what the Marketplace is for. The lender orders through RAZE as usual, RAZE sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the field capture, geo-stamps, timestamps and report come back through the standard workflow. Nothing changes in how the lender administers the loan.

The market

Eugene is one of Oregon's largest cities and the anchor of the southern Willamette Valley. Since the city adopted its middle housing code in 2022, lots that were single-family only can carry duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, cottage clusters and townhouses. That has shaped the residential pipeline: more small multi-unit infill, more ADUs, more projects with several structures on one parcel.

How RAZE ran it

A cottage cluster is four to eight buildings behind one budget, so the photo evidence has to land on the right line items for the right structure. RAZE links photos to draw sheet line items and returns the history of who captured what, and when. Eugene joins Portland from the June report: one workflow up and down the I-5 corridor.

None of those conditions changes the price. RAZE prices draw inspections by project type, not location, so a cabin above 3,000 feet and a tract home in a growth corridor cost the same, and so does any other U.S. address. Why it works

What makes RAZE work in markets like these

Seven things carry the workflow from the coast to the desert without changing it.

  • Offline draft mode

Field capture works without a signal. The submission syncs when the phone reconnects.

  • Full audit trail

Returned to the lender regardless of geography or fulfillment model.

  • Inspector on a framed jobsite using the RAZE Mobile App, with budget line items and percent complete on screen

    RAZE Mobile App

Photos and percent complete, captured against the draw sheet.

  • Marketplace where you have no inspector

RAZE sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network.

  • Direct Request where you do

Your own inspector runs the same workflow and returns the same report. You pay them directly.

  • Geo-stamped. Time-stamped. Photo-documented.

Every photo carries location and time, linked to its draw sheet line item.

  • The same report in every market

A reviewer reads a beach house in Florida and a cabin in West Virginia in the same format.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. RAZE completed draw inspections in all five in August 2026, and it takes orders at any U.S. address, including Alaska and Hawaii, at the same Rate Card price. The Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network; Direct Request routes the order to your own inspector.
