The market
Prescott was Arizona's first territorial capital and is still the Yavapai County seat, about 90 miles north of Phoenix and more than 5,300 feet up. The city is ringed by the granite boulders of the Granite Dells and the ponderosa pine of the Prescott National Forest, and its winters bring snow, a rarity in Arizona. Building sites follow that terrain, from granite slopes to lots at the top of winding roads into the pines.
How RAZE ran it
A Prescott draw can mean a custom home on a granite slope at the top of a winding road, in snow season too. On site, every photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App is geo-stamped with GPS coordinates and time-stamped, and lands on the draw sheet line item it supports, so the lender sees where on the slope and when each stage was documented.
