Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, July 2026

    Photos linked to line items

Windstorm certification is its own inspection, done by a TDI inspector or an appointed engineer. The draw inspection is the lender's record of progress against the budget, and RAZE links every photo to its draw sheet line item, so the pilings, the roof and the windows each show up under the line they belong to.

About this market

Corpus Christi is the Nueces County seat and the largest city on the Texas Coastal Bend, on Corpus Christi Bay and home to the country's leading port for crude oil exports. Nueces County is one of the 14 coastal counties where new homes must be inspected and certified by the Texas Department of Insurance to be eligible for Texas Windstorm Insurance Association coverage. The city adds its own flood rule: in mapped flood hazard areas, a new home's finished floor sits at least a foot above base flood elevation, and in the coastal high-hazard zones the structure goes up on pilings or columns.

Those certifications are their own inspections. The draw inspection is the lender's record of progress against the budget, and RAZE links every photo to its draw sheet line item, so the elevated floor, the roof and the windows each show up under the line they belong to.
