Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, August 2025

    Photos linked to line items

A lender with loans across the metro reviews draws from rocky hillside lots and flat prairie subdivisions in the same month, and the question on each one is the same: is the work billed on this line item in place? RAZE links every photo to its draw sheet line item, with GPS coordinates and a date and time stamp, so a reviewer can answer it line by line in one format.

About this market

San Antonio was founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718 and is now the seventh most populous city in the country and the second in Texas. It sits on the Balcones Escarpment, where the limestone Hill Country meets flatter coastal prairie, so the far north side climbs into the hills while the south side spreads across open land.

Parts of the north side, around and beyond Loop 1604, sit over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone, where construction falls under the state's Edwards Aquifer rules. For a lender, the terrain changes from one side of the metro to the other and the report doesn't: every photo is linked to its draw sheet line item, with GPS coordinates and a date and time stamp.
