A lender without an inspector of its own out here doesn't need one: that is what the Marketplace is for. The lender orders through RAZE as usual, RAZE sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the field capture, geo-stamps, timestamps and report come back through the standard workflow. Nothing changes in how the lender administers the loan.
