Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, February 2025

Marketplace where you have no inspector

From most lenders' desks, a site at the far end of a four-mile bridge on the Forgotten Coast is a long way from any inspector they already use. The Marketplace is built for that: the lender orders through RAZE as usual, RAZE sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the island draw comes back with the same geo-stamped, time-stamped photos as a site in town.

About this market

St. George Island is a 22-mile barrier island between Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf, on the stretch of the Florida Panhandle known as the Forgotten Coast because large-scale resort development never arrived. The four-mile Bryant Patton Bridge from Eastpoint, completed in 2004, connects it to the mainland; before the first bridges opened in 1965, the island was reached by ferry. State park land covers its eastern end.

For a lender, a site on St. George Island can be a long drive from any inspector it already uses. The Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the island draw comes back with the same geo-stamped, time-stamped photos as a site in town.
