Marketplace where you have no inspector
A lender based outside the Panhandle may have no inspector of its own around the bay, and it doesn't need one. The lender orders through RAZE as usual, the Marketplace sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the photos, geo-stamps and time stamps come back in the same report as a draw anywhere else. A lender that already works with an inspector on the bay can route the order by Direct Request instead.

Freeport sits in the middle of Walton County, on the north side of Choctawhatchee Bay in the Florida Panhandle. U.S. 331 crosses the bay to Santa Rosa Beach on the Clyde B. Wells Bridge, more than two miles long, with a second span for northbound traffic finished in 2017. The town counted 1,787 residents in 2010 and 5,861 in 2020.
