Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, February 2026

    Geo-stamped photo evidence

On a coastal build, the stages that matter most are the ones the post-Charley codes tightened: how high the home sits and how the roof ties down to the foundation. Every photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App carries GPS coordinates and date and time stamps and is linked to the draw sheet line item it supports, so a lender reviewing a canal-front build sees where and when each of those stages was documented.

About this market

Punta Gorda sits where the Peace River meets Charlotte Harbor, the county seat and the only incorporated city in Charlotte County. Hurricane Charley hit as a Category 4 storm in August 2004, and the city rebuilt to stronger, hurricane-resistant codes. When Hurricane Ian made landfall just south of town in September 2022, with the same 145 mph winds, most of the homes rebuilt to the newer codes were still standing.

The Punta Gorda Isles and Burnt Store Isles neighborhoods are built along canals that lead to the harbor, and waterfront lots sit in flood zones where elevation and tie-downs are what a draw has to show. Every RAZE photo carries GPS coordinates and date and time stamps, linked to the draw sheet line item it supports, so the lender sees where and when each stage was documented.
