Marketplace where you have no inspector

On a lake shaped like this, two sites facing each other across a cove can be a long drive apart by road. A lender with no inspector of its own in central Missouri orders through the Marketplace, which sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the report comes back in the same format as a draw in Raleigh.

About this market

Camdenton exists because of the lake. Bagnell Dam, built from 1929 to 1931, created the Lake of the Ozarks, and the rising water covered Linn Creek, the old seat of Camden County. In November 1930 the county chose a new seat, Camdenton, before most of the town was built. The lake runs 94 miles end to end with more than 1,150 miles of shoreline, and Ha Ha Tonka State Park, with the ruins of an early 20th-century stone mansion, is about five miles south.

On a lake shaped like this, two sites facing each other across a cove can be a long drive apart by road. A lender with no inspector in central Missouri orders through the Marketplace, which sends a background-checked inspector from the RAZE Inspection Network, and the report arrives in the same format as one from any other state.
