  1. Foothill sites up here can be a long way from a signal, so the RAZE Mobile App keeps capturing offline. The inspector completes the whole capture where the house stands, everything syncs in full once the phone reconnects, and the app flags any set of data captured offline that still needs to sync. The report the lender receives is the same one a site with full signal would produce.

About this market

Sunset is an unincorporated community in northern Pickens County, on South Carolina Highway 11 about eight miles northwest of Pickens. Highway 11 is the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway, a National Scenic Byway along the foot of the Blue Ridge Escarpment, with Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee close by and Sassafras Mountain, South Carolina's highest point at 3,553 feet, in the same county.

Foothill sites here can be a long way from a signal, so the RAZE Mobile App keeps capturing offline. Photos, percent complete and responses are saved on the phone, everything syncs in full once the device reconnects, and the app flags any set of data still waiting to sync.
