From the RAZE Coverage Report
Orders here have come in as lot numbers, before a street address existed. A lot number alone can't show a reviewer where the house stands, and the photos can: every photo captured in the RAZE Mobile App carries GPS latitude and longitude with date and time stamps and is linked to its draw sheet line item. The lender sees where the work is as well as how far along it is.

About this market
Pinehurst is a village in Moore County, and much of its center, resort included, is a National Historic Landmark District, designated in 1996 for its landscape design by Frederick Law Olmsted and its place in the history of American golf. Pinehurst No. 2 hosted its fourth U.S. Open in 2024 and is the USGA's first anchor site, with U.S. Opens scheduled there in 2029, 2035, 2041 and 2047.
Draw orders in Pinehurst have come in as lot numbers, before a street address existed. A lot number alone can't show a reviewer where the house stands, and the photos can: every photo carries GPS coordinates with date and time stamps and is linked to its draw sheet line item.
