Draw Inspections in 5 Unique Places, January 2026

    Photos linked to line items

Master-planned building moves in phases, and a builder can carry a whole row of homes through the same stage at once, each one looking much like the next. RAZE links every photo to its draw sheet line item and stamps it with GPS coordinates, date and time, so a reviewer can tell exactly which lot's slab, framing or drywall a draw is paying for.

About this market

Orlando is the seat of Orange County and the center of a Central Florida metro that ranked sixth in the country for single-family building permits in the first half of 2025, with permits up from a year earlier. Its growth includes master-planned communities: Horizon West, a plan of villages on former citrus groves in southwest Orange County, adopted by the county in 1995, had more than 58,000 residents at the 2020 census, and Lake Nona covers 17 square miles of southeast Orlando.

Communities like these are built in phases, and a builder can carry a whole row of homes through the same stage at once, each one looking much like the next. A RAZE draw inspection links every photo to its draw sheet line item, with GPS coordinates and date and time stamps, so the evidence for each Orlando lot stays with its own loan.
