From the RAZE Coverage Report
Growth that fast means new subdivision streets a map may not know when the first draws come due. Whatever the order calls the address, every photo the inspector captures in the RAZE Mobile App is linked to its draw sheet line item and carries GPS coordinates and date and time stamps, so the record shows which lot and which work each draw is paying for.

About this market
Celina straddles Collin and Denton Counties in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, where the growth that started in Plano and moved north to Frisco has reached it. From July 2022 to July 2023, Celina grew 26.6 percent, the biggest gain of any U.S. city with 20,000 or more residents, and Census estimates put it at about 51,700 people in July 2024, more than three times its 2020 count.
Growth that fast means new subdivision streets a map may not know when the first draws come due. Whatever a Celina order calls the address, every RAZE photo carries GPS coordinates with date and time stamps and is linked to its draw sheet line item, so the record shows which lot and which work each draw is paying for.
