Direct Request (you send the inspector)
- $25 per request, any residential property
- Your staff inspectors or your vendors use the RAZE Mobile App and standardized template, and the same report comes back through the same workflow
Both models run through the same Ordering Engine, so you can use Direct Request where you already have an inspector and Marketplace where you don't. No change to your core or LOS.
