# Submitting the Inspection

> Preview the finished inspection report, confirm your submission, and find it later in My Past Inspections.

## Quick Reference

- Confirm Photo Gallery, Draw Sheet, and Questionnaire all show a check.
- Tap Submit Inspection Report to load the preview.
- Review the Inspection Report Preview.
- Tap Confirm Submission. An alert confirms it and you return to the home screen.
- Review it anytime in My Past Inspections.

## Before You Start

- Photo Gallery, Draw Sheet, and Questionnaire are complete and synced.
- Your phone has a connection.

## Step 1: Start the Submission

**Tap Submit Inspection Report.** On Your Inspection, with all three sections checked, tap Submit Inspection Report. The button shows "Loading Preview..." while your report is built.

## Step 2: Review the Report

**Check the Inspection Report Preview.** The preview shows your Construction Draw Inspection Report: inspector and project details, a Draw Sheet summary, your photographs, and the questionnaire. Scroll down to see the Draw Sheet page with your notes under each line item, then a page for each pair of photos showing when and where they were taken.

**Confirm Submission turns green.** Keep reviewing as you scroll. When Confirm Submission turns green, it's ready to tap.

## Step 3: Confirm Your Submission

**Tap Confirm Submission.** Tap Confirm Submission. The button shows "Submitting..." while your report is sent. Keep the app open until it finishes.

## Step 4: After You Submit

**Your submission is confirmed.** When the submission finishes, an alert confirms the inspection was submitted and the app returns to the home screen.

**Review it in My Past Inspections.** To look at a submitted inspection again, open My Past Inspections. Your submitted inspection is listed there.

## Tips

**DO**
- Read through the whole preview before you confirm.
- Check that your recommendations and notes on the Draw Sheet page are what you meant.
- Make sure every photo you took appears in the report.

**WATCH FOR**
- A gray Confirm Submission button. Wait for it to turn green.
- Notes appear in the report exactly as you typed or dictated them.
- Photos show the time and GPS location recorded by your phone.

## Troubleshooting

**Q: I don't see Submit Inspection Report.**
A: One of the sections isn't complete. Open any section without a check on Your Inspection, finish it, and tap Sync data.

**Q: Confirm Submission stays gray.**
A: Give the preview time to finish loading and check your phone's connection.

**Q: The app is stuck on "Submitting..."**
A: Keep the app open and check your connection. If you don't see the confirmation alert, contact RAZE support at contact@getaraze.com.

**Q: Where do I find an inspection I already submitted?**
A: Open My Past Inspections. Submitted inspections are listed there.
