# Reviewing the Inspection

> Open the job and check the questionnaire answers, draw percentages, and photos before you accept or reject it.

## Quick Reference

- Click the eye icon on the job.
- Questionnaire: read flagged answers and tagged photos.
- Draw Sheet: check each line's Current %.
- Photos: review the gallery, then return to Overview to decide.

## Before You Start

- The job's status is Submitted.

## Step 1: Read the Questionnaire

**Answers and tagged photos.** Click the Questionnaire tab. Pages are listed on the left. Flagged answers show Alerted, and tagged photos sit under each question. Click a photo to open it full size.

## Step 2: Check the Draw Sheet

**One row per budget line.** Max % is the line's full share. Previous % was approved on earlier inspections. Available % is what's left. Current % is what the inspector entered this visit. Tag Photo attaches a photo to a line.

## Step 3: Review the Photos

**The full gallery.** Click Upload to add photos. Click a photo to add a Comment, a Photo Guide ID, or GPS, then click Save. The date and size are stamped automatically.

## Tips

**DO**
- Read Alerted answers first.
- Compare each line's Current % with its tagged photos.
- Ask inspectors to tag photos to questions and lines.

**WATCH FOR**
- Current % can never exceed Available %.
- Photo comments save only when you click Save.

## Troubleshooting

**Q: Where are the flagged answers?**
A: On the Questionnaire tab, flagged answers show Alerted.

**Q: Can I add photos?**
A: Yes. Click Upload on the Photos tab.

**Q: Why is a line at 0.00% Available?**
A: It was fully drawn on earlier inspections.
