# Getting Started with the Ordering Engine

## Quick Reference

- Go to order.getaraze.com and log in with your email and password.
- Use the sidebar for Projects, People, and Analytics.
- Type a project name in the search bar to jump to it.
- Click a project name to open its workspace.

## Before You Start

- Your organization administrator has created your account. There is no self sign-up.
- You have a current web browser. There is nothing to install.

## Step 1: Log In

**Enter your email and password.** Enter the email your administrator set up and your password, then click Continue. Every action is tracked to you, so never share your password.

## Step 2: Learn the Layout

**Three modules and one search bar.** The sidebar holds Projects, People, and Analytics. The search bar, + Add Project, and Ask AI sit in the top bar on every page, so you can jump anywhere from anywhere.

## Step 3: Find and Open a Project

**Search, then click the project name.** Type in the search bar and the project list filters as you type. Click the project name to open its workspace on the Jobs tab. Click Display to choose columns such as lender, loan amount, address, borrower, and general contractor.

## Tips

**DO**
- Bookmark order.getaraze.com.
- Use the search bar instead of scrolling the project list.
- Note the version number in the top-right corner for support requests.

**WATCH FOR**
- There is no self sign-up. Your administrator creates accounts and sets permissions.
- Never share your password. Every action is tracked to you.

## Troubleshooting

**Q: I forgot my password.**
A: Click Forgot? on the login screen. A reset link goes to your email.

**Q: I don't have an account.**
A: Ask your organization administrator. They create accounts and set what each user can view or edit.

**Q: I can't find a project.**
A: Type part of the project name in the search bar at the top of any page.
