# Uploading and Tagging Photos

> Photos are the evidence behind every Draw Sheet percentage: upload as you go, add comments and tag each one to its question.

## Quick Reference

- Open the Photos tab. The gallery shows every photo with its timestamp and size.
- Click Upload to add photos, or click a photo to edit it.
- In the Upload Photos window, add a Comment and optional GPS coordinates, then Submit.
- Tag photos to Questionnaire questions with Tag Photo.

## Before You Start

- Your site photos are on the computer or tablet you’re using.
- You know which Draw Sheet line or question each photo supports.

## Step 1: Open the Photos Tab

**The photo gallery.** Photos shows every image on the job as a card with its timestamp and file size. The lender relies on these to verify that the progress on the Draw Sheet is visible on site.

## Step 2: Upload or Edit Photos

**The Upload Photos window.** Click Upload to add photos, or click an existing photo to edit it. The window steps through the photos one at a time: add a Comment, keep the Photo Guide reference, and add Latitude and Longitude if you want the location on record. Click Submit.

## Step 3: Tag Photos to Questions

**Link evidence to the answer.** On the Questionnaire tab, click Tag Photo on the question the photo supports, pick the photos and click Done Tagging. See Completing the Questionnaire for the steps.

## Tips

**DO**
- Upload photos as you go, so you know which photos belong to which area.
- Add a short Comment that names what the photo shows.
- Tag every photo that proves a Draw Sheet percentage.

**WATCH FOR**
- A photo without a Comment or tag is hard for the lender to place.
- Large uploads take longer on a slow connection; wait for Submit to finish.
- Clicking a photo opens the edit window, not a full-size view.

## Troubleshooting

**Q: Upload is greyed out.**
A: The job may be Submitted or Lender Rejected. Reopen it to In Progress first.

**Q: My photo uploaded without a comment.**
A: Click the photo in the gallery to open the edit window and add the Comment.

**Q: Where do I add GPS coordinates?**
A: In the Upload Photos window, under Latitude and Longitude. Both are optional.
