# Completing the Questionnaire

> The Questionnaire documents condition and progress page by page, with required counters, alerts for the lender and photos tagged to questions.

## Quick Reference

- Open the Questionnaire tab. Work the pages in order from the list on the left.
- Each section shows Required and Alerted counts. Answer every required field.
- Turn on Alerted for any answer the lender must see.
- Click Tag Photo to attach photos to the question they support, then Save.

## Before You Start

- You're on site, or you have the notes and photos from the visit.
- You've opened the job from Jobs and read the Overview.

## Step 1: Work Through the Pages

**Pages and sections.** The pages are listed on the left. Each page holds collapsible sections of questions, with Save and Mark as Done at the top. Work through the pages in order and click Save as you go.

## Step 2: Clear Every Required Field

**Required and Alerted counters.** Each page and section shows a Required count, such as 0/1 for one required answer still missing. Fill every required field on every page before you submit. Alert Questions and Tag Photo sit at the top of each section.

## Step 3: Flag an Answer for the Lender

**Turn on Alerted.** Turn on the Alerted toggle under any answer that needs the lender’s attention. Alerted items are highlighted in the summary, so reviewers find them without reading the whole form.

## Step 4: Tag Photos to a Question

**Tag Photo, then Done Tagging.** Click Tag Photo, pick the photos that support the answer, then click Done Tagging. Tagged photos appear under the question and link your observation to its evidence, which speeds up the lender’s review.

## Tips

**DO**
- Save after every page.
- Tag photos to the question they prove, not only to the job.
- Use Alerted for anything the lender should not miss.

**WATCH FOR**
- Submit stays blocked while a required field is empty on any page.
- A section collapsed by default can still hold required questions.
- Tagging ends only when you click Done Tagging.

## Troubleshooting

**Q: The Required count won't clear.**
A: Open every section on the page. A collapsed section may hold the empty required field.

**Q: Tag Photo shows no photos.**
A: Upload the photos on the Photos tab first, then come back and tag them.

**Q: What does Mark as Done do?**
A: It marks the page as complete in the list on the left, so you can see which pages are still open.
