Product: RAZE Developer Portal
Runs on: Web browser. The RAZE Developer Portal is a web portal opened in a browser; the integration itself runs in your own loan system.

## Quick Reference

- Test every call your system makes in Stage.
- Switch the API address, service account and codes to Production together.
- Order your first live inspection and verify each step.
- Store each inspection's IDs with the loan record.

## Before You Start

- Every call works in Stage.
- You have your Production service account and institution codes.

## Step 1: Finish Testing in Stage

**Test every call.** In Stage, run each call your system makes: the token, the create call, document uploads, status checks, the report download and the decision.

**Complete a sample inspection.** Stage orders never reach a live inspector, so the same Stage credentials you test with can complete a sample residential draw inspection. That moves your test inspection to Submitted, so you can test the report and the decision.

## Step 2: Switch to Production

**Change every setting at once.** Swap the Stage API address, service account and institution codes for the Production ones together. Never mix Stage and Production values in one call.

**Check for leftovers.** Make sure no Stage address is left anywhere in your Production configuration.

## Step 3: Run the Live Path

**Follow the order.** Get a token, create the inspection, save the IDs, attach documents and verify. The inspector works in the field and submits. You download and review the report, then approve or reject.

## Step 4: Keep the IDs

**Store these for every inspection.** Your project GUID, the project ID, the inspection ID, and the IDs of line items, documents and photos. The project ID and inspection ID are the main keys: keep them with the loan record and include both in every support request.

## Tips

**DO**
- Keep Stage for tests after go-live.
- Verify your first live order with a Check Status call.
- Keep each inspection's IDs with the loan record.

**WATCH FOR**
- A Production order goes to a real inspector.
- Stage and Production values never mix in one call.
- Request a new Production token: Stage tokens don't carry over.

## Troubleshooting

**Q: Who completes the inspection in Stage?**
A: You can, with the same Stage credentials you test with: they can complete a sample residential draw inspection. RAZE representatives can also do it once your MSA is executed.

**Q: Can we keep testing after go-live?**
A: Yes. Keep using Stage for tests: Stage orders never reach a live inspector and nothing is billed.

**Q: Our first Production call fails.**
A: Check that the address, service account and codes are all Production values, then request a fresh token.

**Q: Which IDs matter most?**
A: The project ID and the inspection ID. Keep both with the loan record and include them in every support request.
